Thanks for the submission, suicidesurvivor.  This image threw me into a violent rage this morning - not a great way to start the day!  My husband and I spent the following 30 minutes trying to track down the source of this image (still no luck, she seems to have changed her Tumblr address - please let me know if you find her).
